1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using 2ask online ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

2ask online is a video form platform that allows users to create interactive video-based forms, surveys, and questionnaires. Users can record video questions, collect responses in various formats (video, audio, text), and analyze results through our dashboard.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You may not use another person's account without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Collect user information without consent
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

5.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload.

5.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 Free and Paid Plans

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Features and limits vary by plan. Current pricing is available on our website.

6.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

6.4 Refunds

Refunds may be issued at our discretion. Contact support within 14 days of purchase for refund requests.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 2ask online. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through your account settings or by contacting us.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 2ASK ONLINE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2ask online and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
